Purpose of the position
We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of high-quality materials necessary for maintaining steady production and product delivery. The position will be based in Zaragoza, Spain.
Main tasks and responsibilities
* Plan and organize the shipment of products.
* Coordinate with transportation and logistics companies to ensure timely and cost-efficient shipping.
* Create packing lists.
* Handle invoicing and customs clearance processes.
* Communicate delivery schedules to our head office and sales subsidiaries.
* Manage spare parts orders.
* Collaborate with the transportation team to introduce improvements and standardize processes.
What you’ll need to succeed
* University degree and master's in logistics or related field.
* Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation.
* At least 2 years of experience in a shipping department.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
* Experience using ERP systems.
* Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
* A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with a business-driven, fact-based approach to working with suppliers, emphasizing long-term relationships.
