Hiring with Urgency & PrecisionLead full-cycle hiring for our European teams (design, sales, ops)Work directly with founders and team leads to define roles, standards, and ideal profilesBuild scrappy but effective sourcing processes, from referrals to outboundDrive bar-raising assessments and decisive, fast hiring loops2. Performance Management with TeethImplement structured performance reviews — not for formality, but for clarity and accountabilityHelp managers become great leaders through feedback, 1:
1s, and tight executionIdentify performance gaps early and help drive tough, fair decisions3.
