**About the Role**:
We are seeking a strategic AI Knowledge & Literacy Lead to lead the enterprise-wide flow of AI insights across Johnson & Johnson. This role ensures that AI-related knowledge is curated, contextualized, and made accessible to drive confident adoption and informed decision-making.
This position focuses on knowledge architecture and insight dissemination, not simply content creation. It complements other AI Literacy roles by enabling structured access to insights and fostering a shared understanding of AI tools and knowledge across R&D.;
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source, curate and distribute AI insights through newsletters, summaries, and pathways to ensure broad access across teams.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge-sharing framework that promotes cross-functional collaboration and prevents siloed information.
- Build a shared language around AI concepts and explain them in different formats and to different audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted content to address them.
- Continuously improve knowledge dissemination methods using digital tools and innovative formats.
