The short version We're a sexual wellness startup with strong organic revenue and a clear path to scale. We need a growth marketer who can run our influencer program, manage our agency roster, and turn what's working into a repeatable system — with real budget and P&L visibility behind it.
Global brand. What the role looks like You'll sit at the center of SVibe's B2C engine, with influencer marketing as the primary growth channel:Influencer program : Channels : Meta, Google, email, influencer, Amazon, Shopify — you won't be deep in every platform, but you'll know enough to ask the right questions and spot what's underperforming.Brand alignment : You'll work closely with our Content Manager to make sure growth and brand move together, not apart.
You have 3–5 years of marketing experience and a trajectory that shows you level up fastYou've run influencer campaigns or programs and know what separates a good creator partnership from a vanity metricYou've been the person managing the agencies, not working inside one (or you're ready to make that switch)You're a generalist xpzdshu who can context-switch between influencer outreach, creative review, data analysis, and vendor management without breaking strideFluent in English
