3. Identify and communicate demand risks and opportunities to senior leadership, enabling proactive decision-making.
4. Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, bias, and demand variability at the global and local levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) projects to incorporate launches and lifecycle events into demand plans.
6. Lead the adoption and optimization of demand planning tools and digital solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and process efficiency across all regions.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in demand planning in a global or regional role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with demand planning systems.
* Deep expertise in S&OP / IBP, demand forecasting, and digital transformation.
* Ability to drive change, lead complex projects, and deliver in a highly matrixed environment.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued.
* Excellent leadership, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high initiative.
* Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Power BI, and basic programming skills in Python, VBA for Excel, or similar are preferred.
