We are looking for a

German-speaking Sales Team Lead (player-manager)

to join a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company within hospitality tech.
This is a

step-up role for a Senior Account Executive

looking to move into leadership. You will initially spend the first

3–6 months as an individual contributor , building deep product and market understanding, before transitioning into a

Team Lead role combining sales and leadership .
Your responsibilities

You will play a dual role combining hands-on sales with team leadership.
Initially own the full sales cycle as an individual contributor

Transition into leading and developing a team of AEs and SDRs

Drive performance through 1:1s, coaching, and pipeline reviews

Support deals and improve win rates through hands-on involvement

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize go-to-market

Contribute to scaling processes, forecasting, and revenue growth

Your profile / Required skills

Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

Proven top performance as an individual contributor (AE)

Experience coaching or informally leading others

Strong skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM

Experience from fast-paced or scaling environments

Native or C2 German (mandatory)

Meritorious skills

Experience within hospitality SaaS (strongly preferred)

Experience in international sales environments

Previous formal leadership experience

Personal qualities

You are a high-performing seller with leadership ambitions. You combine strong commercial drive with a coaching mindset and are motivated by growing into a leadership role while still staying close to the business.
Offer & development

OTE: ~€120,000 (50/50 split, flexible depending on profile)

Clear path from Senior AE → Team Lead within 3–6 months

Hybrid setup (Barcelona, 1–2 days/week in office)
