You'll be in charge of managing services contracts which mainly consist in modification and maintenance scope.
You ́ll continuously interface with internal and external teams, suppliers and partners in order to ensure excellence in project delivery, keeping system availability and performance while applying the quality standards, everything within costs controlling as planned and available.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Services, Supply Chain), organize and lead project follow up meetings and much more.You ́ll specifically take care of optimize of the project cash flow and assets, but also manage the quality process.Management of services projects which include L2 and L3 maintenance as well as system upgrades.Internal and external contract management.Assure contract compliance within financial efficiency as a main target.Management of quality process as the cornerstone of the remaining project activities.Definition and control of subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the defined criteria.Organizing and lead project follow up meetings.Report periodically project execution matters as well finances status.Optimization of the project cash flow and assets.Preparation and update of ALSTOM project management plan.Involve the project team in the process of identifying changes and claimsIndustrial Engineering Degree, or similar.Comprehensive professional know-how in project management.
