Job Responsibility:
The Training Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop job skills and gain practical experience through participation, collaboration and support in the following functions and tasks:
Create presentations, manuals, and product guides that communicate the history, values, and products of LOEWE Perfumes, collaborating with the Learning Content Creator to ensure that the messages are faithful to the brand and correctly communicated to all markets.
Manage the planning and conduct of all online training, providing online technical support, collecting feedback, and ensuring the gifts distribution.
Provide global training support by assisting regions in finding spaces aligned with the brand and preparing kits of physical and/or digital materials for regional trainers.
Create and edit videos, infographics, and quizzes to enhance learning, using these materials to reinforce the brand's values and product knowledge visually through digital channels.
Monitor and evaluate training sessions by measuring their impact, analyzing effectiveness through surveys and reports, and suggesting improvements based on the results obtained.
Manage and coordinate the operational aspects of the department by creating purchase orders (PO), establishing suppliers, and handling international shipments.
Assist in the development and deployment of training modules on the Teach on Mars platform.

Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.
Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
Attention to detail and strong management skills.
Organizational skills and sense of urgency.
Knowledge of digital / IT software for the development of training materials and presentations.
Sensibility for the luxury and beauty sector.
PROFILE NEEDED
MAIN STUDIES: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing or related field. Master's degree is considered a plus.
LANGUAGES: English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teach on Mars. Knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms desirable.
EXPERIENCE: Previous professional experience will be considered a plus.

IMPORTANT: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
