We are looking for a Business Development to drive our European expansion, strengthen our dealer network and open new strategic markets. You will work closely with the Commercial Director in defining the strategy and executing the actions needed to grow our footprint across Europe.
This role requires a strong hands-on approach focused on dealer activation, pipeline visibility and commercial execution.
support, activate and follow up on partners, leads and commercial opportunities to help grow sales across each territory.
Contribute to the commercial growth strategy and translate it into concrete actions, KPIs and measurable results.
Collaborate on European marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, promotional activities and trade fairs. Ensure consistent brand positioning across all markets.
Analyse territories, sales funnels, product mix and opportunities. Provide market intelligence and support accurate sales forecasting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales or Channel Development roles.
English (C1/C2). German is strongly valued.
Knowledge of architectural, industrial or construction-related products is a plus.
