We are looking for a Senior Building Technical Consultant to be the engineering brain behind our global real estate portfolio (factories, warehouses, and offices).
You will be the bridge between engineering excellence and corporate strategy, acting as the architect of our next-generation building standards.

Your challenge is twofold: ensuring current facilities remain efficient while designing the roadmap for a future-proof, carbon-neutral technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Vision & Strategy: Lead the definition of the "Blue Book" : the global technical standards for critical systems ( HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical ) and their digitalization.
The Consultative Bridge: Act as an internal expert for international business units, translating complex engineering requirements into scalable business solutions.
Technical Sparring Partner: Coordinate with external engineering firms and providers.
You must be able to evaluate, challenge, and validate technical designs and installations.
Digitalization & Efficiency: Drive the use of Building Management Systems (BMS) and data monitoring to optimize costs and drastically reduce the corporate carbon footprint.
Global Project Oversight: Supervise landmark projects, such as the new Experience Center in Munich, ensuring they meet the group's high-level quality and sustainability benchmarks.
Technical Mastery: Mechanical & Thermal Systems We are seeking an expert in the Mechanical side of M&E.
You need deep engineering knowledge to oversee and audit: Advanced HVAC: Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and thermal comfort control.
Industrial Thermal Systems: Heat pumps (air-to-water, geothermal), VRF/VRV systems, and high-power industrial boilers.
Critical Systems: Fire protection (sprinklers), plumbing, and sanitation.
Smart Integration: Connecting mechanical hardware with software control logic to drive performance.
What You Need to Shine Background: A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Building Services).
Experience: Experience as a Building Technology Expert, M&E Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
Technical Depth: The ability to discuss blueprints, fire regulations, and energy physics at a granular level.
Global Mindset: Experience navigating international technical regulations and multicultural environments.
Communication: Excellent English skills for daily collaboration with headquarters in Germany and global leads.
Soft Skills: Resilience: The stamina to navigate complex organizational hurdles in a large-scale environment.
Strategic Overview: Maintaining a "big picture" view on sustainability while staying organized across technical details.
