WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

At Stibo DX, we provide editorial platforms for global media houses. As part of our Support department, you'll work in a multinational environment, collaborating across locations to solve customer issues with our products.
You'll be exposed to our full product catalog, technologies, and operational solutions, including on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions on Amazon Cloud, preparing for future cloud advancements and new tech explorations.
Help our customers resolve their issues
As Support Analyst, you'll work with code, databases, virtualization, networks, and servers, leveraging your experience to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. This involves managing incident reports from second-level support and communicating directly with clients' IT staff.
More specifically, you will :
* Handle incoming reports and requests via our ticket system
* Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find solutions to issues
Experienced software developer eager to explore new techs
You are a self-motivated, proactive problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating globally. You are eager to learn and adopt new technical skills, and you can locate, create, and manage workarounds.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
* At least 3+ years of software development experience, primarily in Java; proficiency in other languages is a plus
* Experience with Docker / Containers
* Familiarity with Linux or Unix-based OS
* Proficiency in web technologies
* Experience with databases like MySQL
* Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and application security
* Familiarity with Bash, Python, PHP, Perl, Java, Tomcat, Nginx is advantageous
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
