You will work closely with engineering and product teams to plan, execute, and automate tests that uphold high standards across all features and releases. The position involves hands‑on testing, including manual, API, and automated approaches, while influencing QA strategies and best practices. Accountabilities:
* Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for web and mobile applications.
* Perform manual testing, API testing, and regression testing to identify defects and ensure consistent functionality.
* Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
* Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to influence quality early in the development lifecycle.
* Identify opportunities for QA process improvements and implement best practices.
* Maintain accurate documentation of test cases, execution results, defect reports, and contribute to user documentation.
* Clearly communicate testing status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience testing cloud-based web and mobile applications.
* 2+ years leading QA efforts on product areas or features.
* Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
* Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured).
* Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and tools.
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills and collaborative mindset.
* Bonus: experience with AWS cloud products, payment integrations, DevOps tools (GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes).
