For our office in Mallorca, Spain we are looking for an Unreal Engine 5 Technical Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creating, implementing and optimizing shaders, materials, VFX, lighting, and performance.Who we are:

Knowledge in the following areas in game development:
Modelling & TexturingScripting/Tools DevelopmentLightingShaders (GLSL/HLSL)VFXRendering & Post ProcessingRigging and AnimationStrong understanding of Graphic Rendering Pipeline for next-gen technologiesBackground in 3D development software (e.G. 3DS Max, Maya, Blender)Experience working with Unreal 5 EngineExperience working with Source Control (Git, Perforce, Mercurial)Strong Technical Background on the Art Production Process and WorkflowsProgramming Knowledge (C++, C#, Python, Maxscript) with strong Data StructuresProven working experience (3+ years) as a technical artistUnderstanding of project applications, preferably JiraProficiency in written and spoken EnglishExcellent time management, organizational and prioritization skillsA good mood every dayWho are you:

What will you be doing:
- Setting up and maintaining production pipelines and workflow- Develop tools that will be used by the artists to improve and assist their work in production- Work with our artists and programmers to ensure that all the assets meet the technical requirements- Gatekeeper of Tech Art constraints, pushing for top quality visuals- Create materials, shaders, and VFX- Manage lighting and post-processing- Maintain performance and handling rendering optimization.What do we offer:
