This role is highly visible and influential in the e-commerce team. You will present weekly updates, own strategy decisions, and directly drive regional business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end regional traffic strategy, planning and analysis for Western Europe e-commerce.Formulate and execute data-driven traffic plans; monitor implementation and conduct regular reviews.Manage traffic across key channels:Mi.com: affiliate marketing, PPC campaigns.Amazon: CPC advertising; collaborate with country e-commerce teams, HQ, and Wuhan middle platform.Align traffic support with product launches, seasonal promotions, and regional sales goals.Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, ROI, cost efficiency) and drive continuous optimization.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep traffic strategy competitive.Prepare weekly traffic reports, strategy proposals, and review presentations for leadership.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above.3+ years of experience in e-commerce traffic, paid media, performance marketing or digital operation.Proven track record in channel management: Mi.com / PPC / affiliate / Amazon CPC.Strong data analysis, budgeting and optimization skills.Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with global teams.Fluent in English; Mandarin is a must.Experience in consumer electronics or European e-commerce is a strong plus.Why Join UsYou will be the core decision-maker of regional e-commerce traffic, play a key role in Xiaomi’s growth in Europe, and enjoy clear development, high recognition, and global opportunities.
