Responsibilities:
brManage the daily delivery operations for Key Accounts (KAs), organizing and monitoring end-to-end (E2E) delivery fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and achievement of monthly KPIs.
brCoordinate and communicate with all relevant internal teams, 3PL partners, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
brMonitor and analyze delivery and logistics data, identify root causes of issues, propose corrective actions, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
brProficiently operate CRFR calls, complete weekly KA communication meetings, optimize weekly delivery plans, and assist KAs in resolving delivery-related problems.
brReview purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
brEnsure that the quality of all logistics and delivery services meets company standards and customer expectations.
brRespond to customer inquiries, maintain effective communication channels, and ensure information is shared accurately and timely between all stakeholders.
brSupport and execute continuous improvement projects as required by management.
brComplete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

brRequirements:
brBachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
brMinimum 1+ year of experience in 3C product delivery, logistics, or related operations.
brStrong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
brExcellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and Chinese.
brProactive, adaptable, and honest; strong problem-solving, execution, and relationship-building abilities.
brFamiliar with the fast-paced environment of internet or technology companies; open-minded and a fast learner.
brProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to prepare structured reports.
brExperience with 3PL management, delivery KPI tracking, and continuous improvement projects is preferred.
