SCC has embarked on a significant transformation programme across EMEA. The investment programme extends across our people, systems, portfolio, and customer acquisition. Our portfolio comprises a large, expanding VAR business and a services business pivoting towards a future focussed MSP.
This role will have responsibility for:
* Helping EMEA Digital Workplace Product Management in building new user-centric services, including advisory, professional services and managed services within Spain and the EMEA region.
* Accountable for presales activities with regards to user-centric services
* Delivery of advisory and professional services in a billable capacity
* Mentorship of team members around user-centric services
* Sales and pre-sales enablement
Key Responsabilities
1. Contribute to and execute the EMEA Digital Workplace strategy focused on DEX portfolio of services to drive the growth within Spain
2. Act as a trusted advisor of the Spanish sales, pre-sales and delivery teams and ensure cross-functional alignment
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help EMEA product management develop solutions that meet the needs of our Spanish customers
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Take ownership of building SCC's experience advisory frameworks, services, supporting sales collateral focused on the following outcomes:

8. Alignment on "as is" state.
9. Alignment on current DEX, culture, pain points, issues, desired outcomes and benefits.
10. Summary of documentation and strategic review, plus experience baseline, designed for key stakeholder review
11. Persona Advisory
12. Documented framework, demonstrating how the validated personas were created and how they are used as part of experience design.
13. Documented framework, demonstrating how the validated persona journeys were created and how they are used as part of experience design.
14. XLA Advisory
15. Based on previous activities within Discovery and stakeholder input, clear recommendations of next steps for XLAs
16. Transition roadmap, demonstrating how to get from "as is" to agreed future state
17. Documentation of how new XLAs can/should be measured, matured and socialised within the business
18. Change and Adoption Advisory
19. Articulate state of change – the present and future state. Complete stakeholder analysis and change readiness assessment. Review systems of work.
20. Develop and deliver change and adoption strategy across all workstreams.
21. Develop roadmaps for change & adoption workstreams including communications and L&D.
22. Create evaluation plan to measure success post-change, based on key experience success metrics including people feedback. Review tools available and analysis resource to ensure sustainability.
23. Actively work with sales and presales teams in a presales capacity to engage with existing and new customers and promote a portfolio of user-centric services.
24. Deliver user-centric advisory and professional services to customers in a billable capacity.
25. Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our Digital Workplace solutions and enhance our brand presence in the Spanish market.
