To assist the Shipping team to process the operational tasks related to the chartering of vessels for transportation of Cemex cargoes, before hiring the vessel and after the fixture, including administrative procedures (SAP, invoicing, payments, reporting, time calculations of loading and discharging).
**Main Responsibilities (Max 2500 characters**)
- Monitoring and reporting of ongoing maritime operations from loading port to destination port.
- Registration of Shipping Contracts in SAP. Invoicing and payment procedures related to every shipment.
- Time Calculations of loading and discharging operations as per the shipping contracts. Discussing and settlement with the involved parts.

- Very fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Open personality and social skills to establish close relationships with Shipping Team and with Spanish and International Cemex operations teams in charge of maritime logistics, as well as with forwarding, brokers and ship-owner companies.
- High sense of responsibility and pro-activity.
- Shipping Business and Logistics knowledge or previous experience will be valuable but not a must.
