**This position reports to**:
Integral Quality Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Quality Management in AMR, in Spain. Main stakeholders are Production and Process Engineering departments. You will be mainly accountable for: - Treating non-conformities and reporting the quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages (periodically checking finished and semi-finished products). - Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes. - Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes. - Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement. - Participates in the problem-solving activities. **Qualifications for the role**:
- You are engaged in with Quality tools and methodologies (such as, Control Plan, 8D, Process audit, etc.) in the industrial market.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in industrial sectors (e.g. Automotive, Aeronautics, renewable energy) doing quality tasks.
- Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- You are passionate about Teamwork and Continuous Improvement.
- Have a demonstrated proven experience of Quality operations in assembly processes.
- You are at ease communicating in English.
