Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven professional to design and scale merchant-funded promotional packages across marketing channels. The role focuses on turning marketing visibility into structured, sellable products that generate incremental revenue and measurable results for partners.
You will define packaging, pricing, and value propositions, and coordinate execution across marketing, campaign, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
Package Design and Monetization
Develop standardized promotion packages combining multiple marketing channels, both paid and managed
Define pricing frameworks, packaging tiers, and commercial positioning
Identify underutilized marketing opportunities and convert them into scalable products
Commercial Support
Partner with sales teams to support the positioning and selling of promotional packages
Help prioritize merchants and opportunities with the highest revenue potential
Execution and Coordination
Coordinate with marketing channel owners and campaign teams to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure timelines, quality, and consistency of sponsored promotions
Performance and Optimization
Track revenue, return on spend, and engagement metrics
Prepare post-campaign reporting to demonstrate value and support repeat business
Continuously refine packages based on performance data, seasonality, and merchant demand
Requirements
Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or similar commercial roles
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance and revenue metrics
Ability to structure offers and communicate value propositions clearly
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Experience in marketplaces or deal-driven businesses
Experience with media planning, CRM channels, or lifecycle marketing
Experience with pricing, packaging, or commercial strategy (for example Rohlik Ads)

Incremental revenue generated from promotional packages

Repeat usage by merchants
Return on promotional spend
