As an E2E Global Supply Chain Coordinator in the Global Specialties area, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless execution of end-to-end operational processes. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and supply planners, to maintain operational excellence, enhance efficiencies, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products within the specialty pharmaceuticals domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Monitor and manage end-to-end operational workflows across the Global Specialties area.
*Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the operational process.
*Partner with internal stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, ESO and Global Artwork Management with assurance to facilitate smooth operations
*Engage with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational goals
*Act as liaison manager between teams, addressing and resolving operational challenges
*Coordinate with CMOs, Supply Network Planners and ESO Purchasers on creation and development of artworks, ensuring on time
*Manage timelines and workflows associated with packaging and labeling to prevent production delays
*Keeping the oversight on future changes and grouping in collaboration with Regulatory Department to ensure high level of efficacy and a more lean workload on involved stakeholders
*Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, establish a governance with the main stakeholders and enhance operational efficiency
*Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive performance improvements
EXPERIENCE
*Completed university degree in graphic design, packaging technology, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end operations management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
*In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in packaging design and labeling and artwork coordination projects
*Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
*Meticulous and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of attention to detail.
*Good command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage
