We are a boutique consultancy specialising in Amazon advertising and PPC management. As we scale our services, we are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented PPC Account Manager to join our team and drive performance for our clients.
Role Overview
As our PPC Account Manager, you will own the performance of Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) across multiple accounts. You will analyse, optimise and report on campaign performance to deliver measurable ROI improvements. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop, manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) for clients.
 * Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and bidding strategy development.
 * Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, impressions, clicks, conversions) and identify optimisation opportunities.
 * Build and maintain dashboards / scorecards to track performance and improve accountability.
 * Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
 * A / B test ad creatives, placements and bidding structures to continuously improve performance.
 * Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximise outcomes.
 * Stay up-to-date with Amazon advertising features, industry trends and algorithm updates.
 * Collaborate with content, marketing and operations teams to ensure synergy between PPC and other channels.
Required Skills & Experience
 * Minimum 23 years experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns for multiple clients or brands.
 * Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret PPC metrics and drive optimisation decisions.
 * Proficiency in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and third-party tools (e.G., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellics, DataHawk).
 * Experience building dashboards and scorecards to measure performance (e.G., A / B tests, performance trends).
 * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (client-facing role).
 * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
 * Ability to prioritise multiple accounts and deliver against tight deadlines.
 * Familiarity with eCommerce key metrics (GMV, margin, TACoS) and retail media ecosystems is a plus.
