HRIT People is currently working with a long-standing customer who has deployed the SAP SuccessFactors full suite globally, with over 58,000 users and an internal HR-Systems team of 30+ professionals across Europe.
A globally recognised brand, with a strong reputation, a good work-life balance, and a diverse, knowledge-sharing & caring HR Systems team. They are now looking for a new colleague to support the central European HR Systems team, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors.
This is a new position, reporting to the HR Systems Manager in the region of Spain. It can be worked remotely, but please expect some travel every 2-4 months (for 3-4 days)

The Position:
* Lead HR tech initiatives and shape the future of HR systems
* Drive enhancements in HRIS Core (Employee Central, SAP Payroll (would be nice!), ESS/MSS) and other HR tools.
* Collaborate on requirements, design, testing, and support.
* Analyse data and system issues, propose solutions, and ensure compliance.
* Support audits and decision-making with data insights.
* Work cross-functionally with Business, IT, and Data teams.
About You:
* Ideally, had first experience with SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP HCM, and Microsoft tools
* Experience in stakeholder management, diagnostics, and documentation.
* Experienced in HRIS metrics and multinational environments.
* Degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field.
* Agile mindset with excellent communication skills.
This position can pay around 38,000 - 43,000 EUR Per Annum and is a full-time permanent position.
