Your Tasks
* Manage new development projects within Global Engineering focused on Software activities across the Nordex portfolio platforms, ensuring budget, quality, and timeline adherence.
* Define project scope with interdisciplinary teams (mainly Engineering and Service).
* Evaluate project ideas and support approval processes.
* Align schedule and scope of your projects with other project managers across the product platform.
* Report to the Program Director of Turbine Serial Development and escalate issues to relevant committees. Coordinate necessary resources with line and project managers.
* Coordinate technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management.
* Organize prototype tests and ramp-up activities in operational areas.
Your Profile
* Diploma/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Project management experience required (PM certification preferred).
* Several years of experience in the wind turbine industry, preferably in electrical and control functions.
* Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project Server.
* Experience with ERP and PLM systems is advantageous.
* Team-oriented, customer and solution-focused, with clear and structured communication and leadership skills. High quality awareness and assertiveness.
* Intercultural experience is necessary.
* Fluent in English; skills in Spanish and German are beneficial.
* Relevant experience in engineering or project management within the wind industry.
* Willingness to travel.
