As a Workday Core HCM Lead:
\n
You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
\n
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
\n
- Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies. xugodme
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
- Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
- Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
- Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
