On behalf of a client, we are hiring a Cyber and Network Engineer to join a close‑knit technical team delivering cybersecurity, network security, and performance solutions. This is a full‑cycle engineering role covering pre‑sales, post‑sales, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the full customer lifecycle including pre‑sales, implementation, and post‑sales support.
* Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
* Deliver cybersecurity and network security solutions across various environments.

* Manage Palo Alto firewalls to ensure secure network operations.
* Configure and maintain LAN switches & Wi‑Fi environment for optimal connectivity and performance.
* Configure and manage AWS cloud instances.
* Provide proactive support and troubleshooting for network and security infrastructure.
* Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and compliance requirements.
* Produce technical documentation, configurations, and operational guides as needed.
* Ensure best practices in IT security and adherence to organisational policies.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven hands‑on experience with network setup.
* Strong background in enterprise networking, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, Routing, VLAN Management, cabling technologies (UTP and fiber optic).
* IP address management, routing, and BGP knowledge.
* Experience with Cisco networking solutions.
* Solid experience with AWS networking (VPC, security groups, etc.).

Work Conditions
* Primary mode: Remote, with the ability to attend on‑site customer offices or data centres in Madrid.
* Availability to work outside regular business hours or on weekends when required.
* Participation in a rotating on‑call schedule, one week per month (covering shifts outside regular hours, including nights and weekends).
