Project Manager Role at Danfoss
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of projects in collaboration with internal teams including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. You will follow established company processes to ensure project success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers to foster a partnership-based environment
* Lead and manage project teams, internal functions, and sub-suppliers
* E nsure timely project delivery within scope and budget
* Manage costs and provide forecasting capabilities
* Ensure submission and revision of required project documentation
* Develop detailed project plans to track progress
* Apply verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
* Mitigate project risks through effective risk management
* Provide regular reporting and escalate issues as necessary
* Nurture strong relationships with customers in collaboration with field service organizations
* Comply with Danfoss policies
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field
* 5 years of experience in Project Management
* Familiarity with the pump, water, or related industries
* Able to navigate matrix and multicultural organizations
* Fluent English and Spanish language skills
* French is considered an asset
