What will the role entail?
As an Ecommerce Catalogue Specialist, you will be responsible for the global catalogue strategy. Reporting to the Head of the Department, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, including merchandising, new product, sales and promotions.
1. Ensures excellent catalog integration. Creation of the offer for each season.
2. Management and updating the product catalogue. Identification and correction of incidents through our PIM.
3. Uploading product images to the sales channels through our PIM.
4. Creation of product categories and categorization.
5. Prices: Full price and sale prices.
6. Check and upload descriptions for each language.
7. Updating product information once published (descriptions, filters, other information of products).
8. Review of all changes in staging environments before publishing to production.
9. Interdepartmental collaboration. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and projects.
10. Working closely with the customer service department.
11. 2 years minimum of experience working in similar positions.
12. Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver insights that drive solutions and strategies.
13. SAP / previous experience working with PIMs / Open Office: Excel, PowerPoint / Asana.
14. High level Excel skills.
15. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Successfully managed digital assets and online catalogs for marketplaces.
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized. Teamwork. Adaptation to deadlines.
Proven ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to achieve results.
