At
A88Lab.
, we help B2B SaaS and tech companies win their market with
Go-To-Market (GTM)
and
Demand Generation
programs that actually drive pipeline. That means clear positioning + the right channels + execution that doesn’t waste months.
Search is still a huge channel. But it’s no longer just “rank on Google.”
Buyers are asking
ChatGPT / Gemini / Perplexity
before they click anything.
So this role is
SEO/GEO
:SEO
= rankings + traffic that actually convertsGEO
= getting your clients into AI answers through clarity, authority, and real distribution
If you’re the type who can build a plan
and
ship it with a clean workflow (including AI tooling), you’ll like it here.
What you'll own
Build and run SEO/GEO strategy end-to-end for B2B SaaS / tech clientsTurn ICP + positioning into topic clusters that pull
pipeline
, not vanity trafficCreate content systems: briefs, templates, editorial engines, refresh cycles, internal linkingLead technical SEO: audits, prioritization, coordination with devs, QA, impact trackingImprove conversion paths: content → landing pages → lead capture → demo flowGEO execution: entity presence, citations/mentions, structured content, distribution plansReporting that’s honest: what moved, why it moved, what we do next
AI-first execution (this matters)
You should be comfortable using AI as a real production tool, not building the strategy for you.
Examples of what we expect you to do:
Build repeatable workflows using AI tools for research, briefs, outlines, updates, internal linking ideas, and content QAUse prompt systems + checklists so output stays consistent and on-brandSet up automations where it makes sense (content ops, audits, reporting)Work with modern AI stacks (e.G., ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, Perplexity, Notion/Docs workflows, Sheets dashboards, etc.)Familiarity with
MCPs (Model Context Protocol)
and how to connect models/tools into reliable workflows is a strong plus (or you’re eager to learn and already experimenting)
You'll be a strong fit if...
Have
4–7+ years
hands-on SEO experience (B2B SaaS/tech is a big plus)You can build and excute strategies from A-ZYou can build processes and take ownership and accountibilityCan run technical SEO (indexing, CWV/performance basics, architecture, canonicals, schema, migrations)Know how to prioritize: you don’t ship 200 “SEO tasks,” you ship the 10 that matterWrite briefs that make execution easy (and you can give direct feedback)Think beyond Google rankings: you care about intent, category clarity, conversion, distributionYou’re already exploring GEO (or you’re deep enough in SEO to adapt fast)
