SetoPay SL is a fast-growing Payment Service Provider (PSP)headquartered in Marbella, Spain, providing online payment processing, gateway solutions, and compliance support to international merchants. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Key Account Manager to join our onsite team. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with existing merchants, acting as their primary point of contact, and ensuring they receive outstanding service and strategic support.
The ideal candidate has a background in payments, fintech, or merchant services, strong communication skills, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of active merchant accounts.
Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and follow-ups.
Monitor transaction performance, trends, and KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records of all client interactions.
Proven experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Merchant Relationship Management, preferably within payments, PSP, acquiring, or fintech .
Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
Comfortable working full-time onsite in Marbella.
Familiarity with online payments, chargebacks, risk, and compliance processes is a plus.
