At Métrica, we are looking for a
Service Request Manager
with at least 4 years of experience for a project with an important client.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
4+ years of experience in maintenance of web applications based on Java, ideally using Agile methodologies.2+ years of experience in a Service Request Manager role.1+ year of experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance products;
experience with the Confirming product is a plus.ITIL certification or similar service management methodology (ServiceNow).Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.Advanced knowledge of web technologies, monitoring tools, and performance analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).User-level knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).High level of English, both written and spoken (B2+/C1).
