Qualifications
* More than 10 years of experience as NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN.
* Experience with radio equipment from Nokia and Ericsson in the above technologies.
* Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service and RAN network management.
* Solid knowledge of support processes for Telefónica in the RAN Mobile Access area.
* Knowledge of RAN protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc.
* Analytical, troubleshooting, and solution proposal skills.
Functions
* Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints, and execution of BTPs.
* Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.
* NOC team management and quality analysis.
Tools
* Systems for activity and job reception, incident management, and BTPs: iGRIN
* Network Elements Management Systems: proprietary systems of RAN manufacturers involved
* Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA
* Case escalation: iGRI, CEX
* MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
