Responsibilities:
* Monitor the company’s platforms
* Monitor the reception, transmission and execution of client’s orders
* Prepares various reports for management and clients
* Monitor the company’s execution and Best Interest Policy
* Suggest continues improvement of operational procedures improving the department
* Trade surveillance and monitoring for transactions
* Interacting with and operations technology teams
* Partner with IT on systems enhancements in terms of an automatic monitoring solutions;
* Testing of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading system
* Control the trade processing to the clearing firm accurately and efficiently and liaise with them to resolve any trade discrepancies
* Assisting with reconciliations, fund and balance settlements on accounts at the end of the day
* Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution
* Preliminary analysis of the customer complaints
* Perform competitor analysis and market research if required
Requirements:
* University/College Graduate
* Holder of CySec Advance Certificate
* 5 years’ experience in Brokerage services within a CySec Regulated Environment
* Excellent command of the English language
* Ability to work in an intensive environment and under pressure
* Strong communication skills
