Project Description:
We are looking for a strong Python Developer with database expertise to join a banking project. The role focuses on backend development, infrastructure as code, and cloud-based solutions within a regulated financial environment.
The adecuado candidate combines hands-on development skills with solid database knowledge and understands the quality, security, and compliance standards required in enterprise banking systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend services using Python.
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
- Develop and operate cloud-native solutions on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
- Work with relational databases (design, optimization, query tuning).
- Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with banking security and regulatory standards.
- Support production systems and participate in incident analysis when needed.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience with Python (backend development, APIs, services).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Practical experience with GCP.
- Solid understanding of database systems and data modeling.
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Understanding of secure coding practices.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, performance tuning).
- Experience with API-based Customer Search services or similar backend systems.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools.
- Experience in banking or financial services domain.
- German language (beneficial but not mandatory).
