About the role
As a Account Executive for EMSE, you will be joining Gartner’s fastest growing region operating at the forefront of Gartner’s sales function, responsible for retaining and acquiring new clients for Gartner. You will be given ownership for a specific territory targeting emerging tech providers.
What you’ll do
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
* Retain current clients while increasing their satisfaction and account growth; work with clients and prospects in a specified territory to ensure they receive maximum value from Gartner services
* Be aligned to one of Gartner's Slovenian, Kazakhstan and Bulgarian markets
* Collaborate with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to develop best practices and new prospecting techniques
* Work within a multicultural environment with various languages spoken, including Slovenian, Russian and English

What you’ll need
* 1+ years of consultative selling experience with a demonstrated track record of success
* Strong commercial intellect, executive presence, and business acumen
* High level of drive for individual success with a collaborative approach
* Experience owning the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation to closure (new client acquisition experience is a plus)
* Experience in managing, retaining and growing a book of business
* Fluency in English; native level Slovenian and Russian is a plus
* Competitive nature with a collaborative mindset
* Problem solver with a passion for learning and openness to feedback
* High self-confidence
* Thrive in a goal-oriented, competitive, and collaborative environment
* Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
