We are looking for a Senior or Mid-Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to manage the day-to-day operations (BAU) of an international client. This role focuses on campaign execution, journey optimization, and automation management, ensuring flawless delivery and continuous improvement of marketing activities.
Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Manage Automation Studio and Journey Builder for recurring and ad-hoc campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, applying best practices to improve engagement and deliverability.
Ensure data integrity and segmentation accuracy for targeted communications.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.

~ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
~ Fluent in English: Demonstrate proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as most meetings will be conducted in this language.
Self-Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage resources effectively and display a commitment to continuous professional development within the organisation.
Sales/Service Cloud Knowledge: Possess a high-level understanding of Sales/Service Cloud and its potential for data exploitation within SFMC.
Agile Project Management Experience: Bring experience in project management, particularly using agile methodologies, to facilitate effective project execution.
