THE OPPORTUNITY Title: Enterprise Inside Sales Representative - German speaking Location: Barcelona Position Summary

The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative generates new sales and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business, including new prospects and existing accounts. The role involves collaboration with field sales to execute strategies, maintain relationships, and understand customer goals. Success is measured by meeting sales quotas, maintaining activity metrics, and retaining customers in a team-focused environment.

Your role in our mission:
* Prospect within an assigned book, scheduling remote meetings with potential and existing customers.
* Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions, focusing on transactional opportunities under $25k.
* Maintain outreach through prospecting, networking, marketing initiatives, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
* Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, achieving sales targets.
* Partner with decision-makers to align strategies and ensure service expectations.
* Conduct remote Business Reviews to assess needs and develop solutions.
* Build strong customer relationships to understand objectives and align solutions.
* Lead negotiations, ensuring pricing, profitability, and SLAs meet expectations.
* Respond to RFPs, manage activities in Salesforce, and stay updated on products and trends.
* Identify and close new sales opportunities, collaborating internally for contracts.
* Re-engage unengaged accounts and qualify new logos.
* Collaborate with teams to drive growth and ensure positive customer experience.
* Leverage CRM, social media, and analytics to enhance strategies.
Valued skills and experience:
* Full professional German and English skills.
* Experience in cold calling, scheduling, and prospecting.
* Strong questioning and negotiation skills.
* Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
* Familiarity with social selling tools and virtual platforms.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Resilience and motivation in a target-driven environment.
* Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks with attention to detail.
