With one of the strongest digital lead engines on the coast, we're expanding our sales team and looking for experienced Buyer Agents ready to perform.This is a sales-first role.
We generate the leads, provide the systems and support — you focus on advising clients and closing deals.
What You'll Get
Inbound buyer leads from clients actively looking to buy property on the Costa del Sol.
30%–65% commission, based on performance.
Earnings from €10,000 / month, with top performers exceeding €20,000 / month.

Full back-office, legal & after-sales support.
Strong digital exposure, including YouTube (@HiHomes).
24 / 7 access to a state-of-the-art office that will wow your clients.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of real estate experience on the Costa del Sol (preferred).
Proven ability to close property or high-value sales.
Fluent English (plus Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Danish, Polish).
Own car & driver's licence.
Comfortable working commission-only as an autónomo (or willing to register).
