This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and healthcare expertise to drive market penetration.Territory Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute a regional sales plan to maximize market share and revenue growth.Engage with GPs, Urologists, and pharmacy chains to educate and drive adoption.Relationship Management & Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with primary and secondary care providers within the region.Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions with HCPs and pharmacists.Sales Target Achievement & Performance MonitoringAchieve and exceed territory sales targets and KPIs.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.Utilize CRM tools to track and report sales activity, pipeline management, and customer interactions.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Pharmacy Managers and Medical Affairs teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy.Compliance & Regulatory AdherenceEnsure all sales activities comply with MHRA and ABPI regulations and company policies.Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry.Strong understanding of GP prescribing pathways, Urology market, and pharmacy sales.Demonstrated success in developing and managing territory sales plans.Ability to work autonomously.Experience using CRM systems for account management and reporting.J-18808-Ljbffr
