Knowledge of Shopify and associated tech stack options such as Privy, JustUno, Yotpo, Octane AI, etc.Developed SMS and loyalty programming strategies with experience using platforms like Attentive, PostScript, SMSBump, or Klaviyo.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects for yourself, your team, and clients.Dedicated to continuous learning and staying on the cutting edge of trends in DTC marketing.Experience developing and executing customer loyalty programs to enhance LTV.Previous experience managing direct reports and working effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.A Day in the Life
Serve as the senior point of contact for select clients, developing retention strategies and meeting weekly to discuss initiatives.Support and guide Retention Specialists in analyzing data, developing strategies, and creating client reports.Project manage and delegate tasks to your team, reviewing all client briefs and designs before submission.Coordinate with Performance Marketing and Strategy teams to develop cohesive campaigns that drive growth.Report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and revenue.Implement automation flows, pop-up builds, and app integrations.What it's like to work at Darkroom
