Main tasks and responsibilities of position:
- Elaborate and execute PAT, radiometry and NAT preventive and predictive maintenance plans of Central Services and Utilities and Infrastructure.
- Implement a good strategy for maintaining the lifecycle of PAT and NAT equipment.
- Implement PAT, radiometry and NAT spare part concept to fulfil reliability target.
- Supports and active participation regarding preparation of operation instructions (i.e. risk assessment, Hazop studies).
- Execute and coordinate improvement projects in terms of reliability, safety, efficiency.
- Coordination with central turnaround department plant Turnaround
- Evaluation of maintenance documentation, identification of weak points and contribution to mitigating measures, contribution to continuous improvement. Update documentation.
- Contribution to training and training organization
Qualifications:
- Grade Engineer in Electronic, Chemical or Industrial engineering.
- Experience in Process Analyzer Technology and automation
- Experience in chemical continuous process
- Fluent English
