Key Responsibilities
* Monitor data center systems and alerts (servers, network, power, cooling)
* Perform
basic troubleshooting
of server, network, and hardware issues
* Handle
rack & stack
, cabling, labeling, and asset management
* Assist with
server installation, replacement, and decommissioning
* Monitor
power, UPS, generators, and cooling systems
* Respond to incidents and follow
SOPs and escalation procedures
* Create and update
tickets and documentation
* Support backup checks and basic restore tasks
* Ensure compliance with
data center safety and security policies
Its a backfill role that means engineer needs to go 2 days to the site that is Tuesday, Thursday.
