You support our team as
**Junior Category Manager**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Review the optimal and resilient network End-to-End to enable successful launches and lifecycle management
- Pro-actively checks and adjusts production capacity of suppliers vs demand on mid an long term for defined Category of products.
- Actively prepare recommendation for regional / global S&OP; meetings in case of need
- Identifies improvement needs in the area of Supply Chain network optimization and drive improvement projects. Identifies portfolio complexity reduction opportunities
- Review continuously Capacity vs. Demand for all Categories, align Capacity, Capability adjustments wiith Factories Suppliers globally and prepare Decisions for S&OP; meetings
- Become Centre of Excellence in terms of Supply, Production, Deliver and long-term Planning for respective categories and ensure Product Supply Strategy implementation
- Keeps up-to date knowledge on specific legislations affecting supply for respective categories and monitor supply chain metrics and reports to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences)
- 2 years’ experience working in Supply Chain Managemen role preferably in an regional or general role.
- Experience in Procurement, Production roles appreciated
- Knowledge in SCM Planning, S&OP; and Initiative management
- Knowledge of all relevant ERP and Planning systems (SAP, IBP,)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Team player with strong communciation skills enjoying to work in an international and intercultural environment and a Matrix-organisation
