This role is highly visible and influential in the e-commerce team. You will present weekly updates, own strategy decisions, and directly drive regional business outcomes.Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end regional traffic strategy, planning and analysis for Western Europe e-commerce.- Formulate and execute data-driven traffic plans;
monitor implementation and conduct regular reviews.- Manage traffic across key channels:- Mi.Com: affiliate marketing, PPC campaigns.- Amazon: CPC advertising;
collaborate with country e-commerce teams, HQ, and Wuhan middle platform.- Align traffic support with product launches, seasonal promotions, and regional sales goals.- Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, ROI, cost efficiency) and drive continuous optimization.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep traffic strategy competitive.- Prepare weekly traffic reports, strategy proposals, and review presentations for leadership.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or above.- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce traffic, paid media, performance marketing or digital operation.- Proven track record in channel management: Mi.Com / PPC / affiliate / Amazon CPC.- Strong data analysis, budgeting and optimization skills.- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with global teams.- Fluent in English;
