At Vortech PCI Group, we are looking for an experienced
Genesys Cloud Software Engineer
to join our team and work on international projects within modern and collaborative environments.
This role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating solutions within a cloud contact center platform, with strong involvement in
Genesys Cloud and omnichannel integrations
.
Develop and maintain customer experience flows using
Genesys Cloud Architect
Design and implement solutions using
Genesys Cloud
and
Genesys Engage (on-premise)
Build and support integrations using
Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services
Implement routing logic, automation, and configurations for
voice and digital channels
Contribute to the integration of
chat and email channels in Genesys Cloud
Create technical design documentation and process flows using
Microsoft Visio
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability
5+ years of experience working with
Genesys Cloud
, including Architect flows and API integrations
~ Genesys Cloud
Integration of
chat and/or email channels
Knowledge of
REST APIs
and programming/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
Familiarity with cloud environments, security basics, and version control
English level B2+ or higher
Exposure to
CRM systems
Certifications in
Genesys Cloud
or cloud providers (AWS)
Opportunity to work on
