Although they already have a presence in the US and Spain, their next goal is to establish a strong sales operation in the UK.To drive this, they are looking for a Sales Lead to establish and scale corporate sales operations from scratch.What You’ll Do :
Lead the B2B expansion in the UK – Start as an Account Executive, securing corporate clients and proving traction.Build and shape your own sales team – Take ownership of hiring and structuring an initial team of 3-4 Account Executives (AEs) and potentially SDRs, adapting it as the business grows.Develop and refine sales processes – Define lead generation strategies, set up CRMs and tooling, and implement a structured, scalable approach.Own business KPIs and drive expansion.Who They’re Looking For :
