We are seeking for 2 experienced Customer Risk Specialist to manage and optimize our financial operations across multiple regions. This role involves direct collaboration with financial institutions in Italy or UK but also support the Spain, Portugal, The Netherlands, Sweden and Germany depending of the language knowledge.
The work shift for this position needs to be scheduled from Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week on this range from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
* Maintain direct contact with financial institutions across all assigned countries.
* Assist sales operation teams with patient financing, ensuring all processes are correctly followed.
* Oversee pending financing cases and manage escalations as needed.
* Deliver comprehensive training sessions on financial processes and protocols to sales teams.
* Analyze payment plans and debt recovery strategies.
* Monitor key metrics to ensure financial goals are met across regions.
Qualifications:
* Background in finance risk or closest finance area (like treasury);
* Knowledge of financing operations, debt recovery, and financial documentation protocols.
Required Skills:
* We're seeking 2 people, so far, you must have fluency in Italian or English.
* Any other additional language will be considered a nice have.
* Proven experience in an international environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
