Inglesina is an Italian brand of high quality strollers, car seats and accessories for new-born since 1963, is looking for a highly reliable Area Sales Manager North-Spain to join its team.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Area Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations within a designated geographical area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and market share.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Country Manager in Spain, the Area Sales Manager primary responsibilities include :
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area targets and company objectives.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
* Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about competitors, customer needs, and industry developments.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
* Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
* Ideally graduated from a University degree within Business / Marketing field or other
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as Area Manager, or similar role. Spanish Mother Tongue, fluent in English. Italian language would be a plus
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
* Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
* Strong willingness to travel within the assigned area
* Based in Castilla y Leon / Asturias
* Car license B
