In this role you drive IAM strategy and delivery within a regulated pharma environment, focusing on automation and lifecycle governance. You will implement and optimize IAM solutions, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with global standards. Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IAM platforms (SailPoint) and SSO (Entra ID);
manage PAM and non-human identities
- Oversee the complete identity lifecycle: onboarding, provisioning, access reviews, deprovisioning, recertification
- Ensure IAM processes comply with FDA, EMA, GxP, GDPR, NIS2, SOX
- Lead digital identity projects and automation initiatives;
integrate IAM with HR and business systems
- Manage outsourcing vendors and coordinate IAM project delivery
- Provide technical expertise during audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation
- Identify and mitigate identity, access, and compliance risks
- Deliver training and guidance on Digital Identity best practices
Responsabilidades
- 5+ years of IAM experience including governance and identity lifecycle management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications) or similar technical field
- Advanced IT systems architecture, infrastructure management, and project xqysrnh methodologies
- Official certifications from Microsoft, SailPoint, or CIAM are highly valued
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and change management capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication tailored to technical and business audiences
- Ability to work independently and in global teams
- English proficiency (C1 or equivalent)
