Main Goal:
Influencing customers to develop the category of contact lenses by generating new users. We aim to change the mindset of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and owners to be more proactive about offering contact lenses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing business opportunities to identify growth areas.
* Influencing customers to shift from a passive to proactive approach regarding contact lenses.
* Understanding the needs and specifics of various channels, including independent practices, buying groups, and chains.
* Utilizing basic tools to develop the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale analysis, and database management.
* Executing Job Business Plans (JBP) defined for each Key Account Area (KAA).
* Buidling the Misight category and educating ECPs on its benefits, particularly for children's eye health.
* Covering designated territories according to customer segmentation plans.
* Following sales processes and developing strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales teams.
* Negotiating price increases when necessary.
* Contributing to team goals and understanding CooperVision programs.
* Completing reporting and administrative tasks.
* Maintaining minimum product knowledge, including CooperVision and competitor offerings.
* Attending industry conferences as required.
* Preparing for training and improvement opportunities.
