We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Generalist to lead the full employee lifecycle for a population of approximately
65 employees, with a specialized emphasis on
payroll accuracy, labour law compliance, and workplace prevention.

Your Responsibilities
Payroll & HR Operations
Lead end-to-end payroll processing
in coordination with our external provider, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
Manage and monitor
employee attendance, shifts, and absences, ensuring all data is correctly reflected for payroll and compliance reporting.
Maintain digital and physical employee records and oversee HRIS data integrity.
Labour Relations & HR Compliance
Act as the internal expert on
Spanish labour law, ensuring all contracts, settlements, and policies remain compliant with evolving legislation.
Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and complex performance matters.
Interpret and apply the relevant
Collective Bargaining Agreements
to daily operations.
Provide sound advice to managers on labour-related risks and workforce planning.
Prevention, Health & Safety
Lead the Health & Safety Committee, serving as the primary point of contact for occupational risk prevention.
Coordinate the
Yearly Prevention Plan, ensuring all mandatory training and medical check-ups are completed.
Manage accident investigations, reporting, and the implementation of corrective measures to ensure a safe working environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage compensation structures, job evaluations, and salary planning.
Ensure that C&B; policies maintain internal equity and external competitiveness while adhering to legal standards.
Recruitment & Development
Support the full recruitment cycle: from drafting job descriptions to interviewing and onboarding.
Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers in defining KPIs.
Identify training needs and maintain records of professional development activities.
Key Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in
Labour Relations (Relaciones Laborales), HR, or Law. A Master’s degree in HR or Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is highly desirable.
Experience:
Extensive experience in an HR Generalist role with a
strong track record in payroll oversight and labour law application
in the Spanish market.
Languages:
Native/Bilingual
Spanish
and fluent
English
(mandatory) for collaboration with our Dutch Head Office and international teams.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) and experience working with HRIS/Payroll software.
Competencies:
A "hands-on" mentality with a high level of technical precision. You are a structured problem-solver who can act as a
trusted advisor
on complex people and legal issues.
